Reflexology is a gentle, relaxing and enjoyable therapeutic touch treatment that works within the principle that there are reflective areas on the feet which correspond to all of the organs and systems of the body. Reflexology is a unique protocol of using the thumbs and fingers on these specific reflex areas. This non-invasive natural therapy is highly relaxing and detoxifying.
Reflexology boosts the immune system and circulation, balances hormones throughout pre-conception, pregnancy and the menopause. Reflexology can also reduce stress-related conditions such as IBS, insomnia and migraines as well as day to day tension & aches throughout the body.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage treatments available for the relief of the symptoms of both primary lymphoedema and secondary lymphoedema following cancer treatment/surgery. RLD can also be beneficial for sufferers of inflammatory pain and autoimmune conditions.

Traditional Reflexology, at home appointment £40 for one hour session, plus extra time to be allowed for consultation.
Bespoke reflexology treatment for all ages, both during illness and for everyday wellbeing. Emotional & physical support for stress related symptoms, for example migraines, IBS, insomnia & anxiety.
Reflexology for support pre-conception, during pregnancy and post-partum. Restful, calming treatments for breastfeeding mums.
Reflexology brings calm, soothing, non-invasive care and relief to patients going through the physical & emotional trauma of cancer. Balancing support & relaxation leading up to, during, and following cancer treatment.
Gentle, settling treatments are available during palliative care. In this circumstance, home visit reflexology appointments are available outside of my normal hours.
OPTIONAL UPGRADES TO YOUR REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT
AROMAFLEX - A blissful upgrade to your reflexology treatment, which begins with your choice of foot soak homemade with Neal's Yard essential oils. I currently have either peppermint or lavender bath fizzies or lavender & tea tree bubble soak available.
While your feet are having a warm soak we will discuss how you are feeling and what you would like to gain from your personalised choice of aromatherapy oils on the day. I will then blend a luxury foot oil or balm to use during your full 60 minutes reflexology (or 45+ min RLD) session. There will be some oil or balm left following the reflexology, and this will be bottled and yours to keep to use on your feet or body yourself after 24h post treatment. Extending the relaxation!
This indulgent new treatment is an upgrade to your traditional reflexology or Reflexology Lymph Drainage appointment and costs an additional £10 per client per session.
EYE MASKS - Self heating blackout eye mask with lavender, rose or chamomile to soothe tired eyes and provoke deep relaxation, for an additional £5 per treatment.
HOT STONE REFLEXOLOGY - the addition of hot basalt and jade stones to deepen your traditional reflexology treatment and warm, penetrate & engage your foot reflexes. Upgrade your rock solid relaxation for an additional £5 per treatment.
PEDICURE - STANDARD PEDICURE includes foot soak, toenails cut & filed, cuticles tended to, hard skin filed and a high quality foot cream applied. Followed by your full reflexology treatment and concluded by a nail polish colour and/or nail oil - additional £10 charge.
LUXURY PEDICURE includes all of the above, an exfoliating foot scrub plus peppermint foot masque including heated boots for deep moisturisation - additional £15 charge.
Please note that both standard and luxury pedicures are only available as an addition to a reflexology appointment.

Stimulation of the lymphatic reflexes in the feet gives a gentle session with highly effective results for many sufferers of both primary and secondary lymphoedema. This unique treatment can also be used to help symptoms of inflammatory pain and auto immune conditions.
